Basic First Response Chaplain Training provides the necessary foundation for pastors and licensed ministers to interact with, support, and minister to police, fire, and EMS personnel.  The training also provides the necessary resources for the Chaplain to care for and minister to members of the community in times of crisis and critical incidents.
