Our Desire

Our desire is to foster a network of dedicated individuals who uplift and encourage one another, ensuring that no Chaplain ever feels alone in their journey. Our individual and group training sessions are designed to equip Chaplains with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to excel in their roles, enabling them to provide exceptional care and guidance to those in need.

Our Core Values

  • Serving Others - Serving others as Jesus served, putting the needs of the First Response Chaplain Community ahead of our own.

  • Character - Reflecting the character of Jesus through our thoughts, words, and actions, even when no-one is watching.

  • Commitment - We are dedicated to Christ and to the First Response Community. Every member of the First Response Community has a place and together, we will accomplish God’s purpose.

  • Community - We choose to show up and participate in relationships that encourage, exhort, and carry one another’s burdens.
